Why protect yourself when taking out a mortgage?

  • In the event of unemployment, we’ll cover mortgage payments. Having our Payment Protection insurance means that should you lose your job we’ll fund your mortgage payments (up to the time and amount limits set in the schedule, and only in the case of salaried employees with a permanent contract and at least 6 months of seniority).
  • You’ll also be able to take out a monthly sum for other recurring costs Such as utility bills, other loans, or other expenses associated with the mortgaged home. This sum would be paid should any of the above-mentioned situations occur.
  • A hospitalisation allowance of €200 per year is included. If you’re hospitalised for seven consecutive days and meet the requirements set out in your policy.
