Coverage against illegal occupation**

You will have this service available as long as it is stated in the Particular Conditions.

  • Claim for Illegal Occupation of the HomeWe offer coverage for legal defense expenses in the event of illegal occupation of your home. Protect your interests with us.
  • Compensation for Accommodation ExpensesIn the event that your first residence is occupied and you need a place to stay temporarily, we guarantee financial compensation for your accommodation expenses, up to a maximum of six months.
  • Compensation for Utility ExpensesDon't worry about utility expenses during the contingency. We offer you financial compensation for a maximum period of six months.
  • Compensation for Loss of RentIf you stop receiving rent due to illegal occupation, we guarantee the payment of financial compensation for the loss of rent, up to a maximum of six months.

This coverage cannot be used if you have not contracted a building capital. It is not considered illegal occupation if the occupants have had a rental contract, even if they are in default of payment, or if the occupants have accessed the property with the owner's authorization.
